Chauncey Boardman Bristol, Conn. 30 hour time and strike spring driven mvt with fusee attachment on both time and strike sides in mahogany veneered case with Roman numeral painted zinc dial, c1845
CONDITION:
original finish to veneer has been wire wooled and reshellacked and looks good with very little loss to veneer, repainted dial, nice original tablet of the ruins of Maclou Abbey, label all intact with a couple of darkened areas but legible, original pendulum bob. Ht 20"
